Subject: Supplying Vehicle for Monthly Basis.

Terms and conditions (Monthly):

The first party will provide to good condition car with drivers.

2.       Contract Period: Both party agreed to valid the contract for next one year. Rental Period 26 Days Monthly.

3.       Advance: Second party will give advanced first party (Sayem Enterprise) one month CNG Taka 90%.

4.      Driver’s allowance: Second party will allow Taka 150/- Lunch and 150/- Dinner for daily allowance for every working as per company official calendar. He also allowed Tk 50 hourly rate of OT after completion of 10 hours, If the other party goes out of Dhaka with a car, it will allow the diver to pay 1200/- taka a day and stay and if the company carries all the expenses, the driver will not have to pay.

5.       Hartal/strike/Blockade: Office time Schedule will be changed on the strike/blockade day the second party will provide the schedule.

6.       Cancel the contract: This agreement should be kept in force for at least six months before the first party and the second party will be issued, after six months, both parties will be notified through notice one month ago.

7.       Billing procedure: First party will submit the bill by the first week of the next month and subsequently Second Party will pay the monthly bill vide Account payee cheque after providing service within 7 working  days of the next month upon submission the bill.

8.       AIT & VAT: Monthly Bill will pay any Vat & Tex Second Party.

9.       Alternate Driver: First Party will provide a substitute driver in case of absent of driver so that Second Party may not face any trouble.
